根据国际交流处通知，现开展日本大阪大学(Osaka University) 2011-2012学年学生交流项目（Regular Student Exchange Program）。
The exchange student is enrolled as a Special Auditor at the undergraduate level, or as a Special Auditor/Special Research Student at the graduate level at Osaka University.
Participants as a Special Auditor will mainly take courses open for degree seeking students at Osaka University. Most of courses are taught in Japanese.
具体信息如下：
【一】交流信息
1．名额：2名（一学年：2011年4月—2012年2月）
3名（一学期：2011年4月-8月）
2．待遇：免学费, 可申请JASSO奖学金（每月80,000日元生活费及80,000日元一次性补助），入选学生若申请JASSO奖学金成功，需交纳壹万圆人民币/学期国际交流基金；未申请成功JASSO奖学金，需缴纳5000元/学期的国际交流基金。
3．对方材料接收截止日期：2010年11月8日（网申）
2010年11月10日（纸质）
4．录取通知： 2010年12月底
5．新生培训： 要求参加
6．住宿申请截止日期：2010年11月8日，如需申请校内住宿，请Select “Yes” on accommodation application in the preliminary online application.
【二】选拔要求
1．学习成绩优秀，未受过任何处分。
2．语言要求：英语和日语。（不同专业有不同的托福或者日语等级要求，申请的同学必须达到相关要求，具体请见下面网址）
3．开放专业：Letters, Foreign Studies, Law, Economics, Human Sciences, Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Engineering Science.
如下专业不开放：International Public Policy, Medicine, Dentistry, Language and Culture, Information Science and Technology, Frontier Biosciences
4．参加过2010年3月交换生考试

②学分要求：每学期要求修10-15个学分（5-8门课程）
【三】校内提交材料
最后入选的同学需登陆以下网站，按要求备齐所需申请材料，于2010年11月8日前以一式两份(并扫描所有文件)送交鼓楼校区树华楼101室（11月8日前需要完成网申）：

【四】校内申请流程
请有意向的同学登录“教服平台”，点击“国际交换”—“国际交换项目申请”。第一次进行申请请直接点击“新建申请”；在认真填完申请表单后，请点击“确定”完成提交；提交成功后，请点击“生成申请表”，系统会自动生成一个网页（可另存至U盘打印），打印该网页作为纸质申请表，由相关院系负责人签字盖章，交至教务处。
网上申请截止时间：11月1日下午3点
纸质申请表递交时间：11月1日上午9:00—11:00 下午2:00—3:00（鼓楼校区甲字楼206；仙林校区教学服务中心A101）
提醒：申请提交成功后，必须打印纸质的申请表并交至教务处，否则该申请将无法通过审核。
