根据国际交流处通知，现开展美国纽约州立大学新堡分校（The State University of New York at New Paltz）2011年春季学期项目。具体信息如下：
一、基本信息
1．时间：2011年1月24日—5月22日
2．名额：免对方学校名额1名，自费生名额不限
3．对方材料接收截止日期：2010年11月10日
4．选 课： www.newpaltz.edu/classes
5．Orientation：2011年1月19日（要求参加，100美元）
二、选拔要求
1．学习成绩优秀，未受过任何处分
2．专业：该校本科专业（除新闻传媒专业）
3．语言： TOEFL ibt 80及IELTS6.5以上
4．免学费名额需要参加过2010年3月交换生考试
三、提交材料
最后入选的同学请按照下列要求准备材料（一式两份），于10月25日之前递交国际交流处交换生工作科（鼓楼校区树华楼101室）：
1、Exchange program application form（附件）
2、Bank Statement in student’s name issued within the past 3 months
documenting sufficient funds to cover the costs while in New Paltz. If the student has a sponsor, the sponsor’s bank statement and letter verifying sponsorship should also be sent to the university.
3、English Language Proficiency
4、Copy of the student’s passport information page
5、A recent university transcript in English showing the courses taken and the grades.

四、校内申请
请有意向的同学登录“教服平台”，点击“国际交换”—“国际交换项目申请”。第一次进行申请请直接点击“新建申请”；在认真填完申请表单后，请点击“确定”完成提交；提交成功后，请点击“生成申请表”，系统会自动生成一个网页（可另存至U盘打印），打印该网页作为纸质申请表，由相关院系负责人签字盖章，交至教务处。
网上申请截止时间：10月11日上午8点
纸质申请表递交时间：10月11日上午9:00—11:00（鼓楼校区甲字楼206；仙林校区教学服务中心A101）
提醒：申请提交成功后，必须打印纸质的申请表并交至教务处，否则该申请将无法通过审核。
