【国际交流】关于选拔韩国忠南大学2011春学生交流项目人选通知

1．基本信息

交流时间：2011年3月—6月

享受待遇：免学费，其他费用自理

2．选拔要求

候选名额：2名本科生

专业：不限

承担费用：录取交换生需缴纳5000元/学期国际交流基金

3. 校内申请

请有意向的同学登录“教服平台”，点击“国际交换”—“国际交换项目申请”。第一次进行申请请直接点击“新建申请”；在认真填完申请表单后，请点击“确定”完成提交；提交成功后，请点击“生成申请表”，系统会自动生成一个网页（可另存至U盘打印），打印该网页作为纸质申请表，由相关院系负责人签字盖章，交至教务处。

网上申请截止时间：10月7日下午3点

纸质申请表递交时间：10月8日上午8:30—15:00（鼓楼校区甲字楼206；仙林校区教学服务中心A101）

提醒：申请提交成功后，必须打印纸质的申请表并交至教务处，否则该申请将无法通过审核。

4. 提交材料：获我校推荐资格的候选人须备齐以下申请材料（一式两份，并扫描所有材料），并于2010年11月15日前交至鼓楼校区树华楼101室。谢谢合作。

1. 语言能力证明：TOEFL IBT 80 (or TOPIK Level 3)

2. Official Transcript (English)：3.0/4.0 (3.5/4.5)

3. Certificate of Enrollment (English),

4. Study plan (English or Korean)

5. A letter of Recommendation (English or Korean)

6. Medical Certificate to prove that you don’t have tuberculosis

7. 6 Portrait Color Photos (3cm in width * 4cm in length)

8. A copy of passport (ID page only)

Dorm room or other on-campus housing guaranteed?

On-campus housing (Dormitory) will be provided to all incoming exchange students. (Students is able to stay on-campus accommodation during the summer and winter breaks)
