现接到我校国际交流处通知，开展美国纽约州立大学新堡分校项目。该项目在参加过2010年3月交换生考试的同学中产生。项目具体信息如下：
1、交流时间：2010年秋季学期
2、名额：2名。
3、待遇：免对方学校学费，其余自理，需要交纳国际交流基金5000元。
4、要求：（1）学习成绩优秀，身心健康，未受过任何处分。
（2）该校有相关专业。
（3）参加过2010年3月交换生考试。
5、最后入选的同学需要递交的材料（最后入选的同学须在3月25日前把所有材料一式两份递交到教务处，建议有意向的同学尽快准备）：
(1)Exchange program application form
(2) Bank Statement in student’s name issued within the past 3 months documenting sufficient funds to cover the costs while in New Paltz. If the student has a sponsor, the sponsor’s bank statement and letter verifying sponsorship should also be sent to the university.
(3)Copy of the student’s passport information page.
(4)A recent university transcript in English showing the courses taken and the grade.
