现接到国际交流处通知，开展2010学年春季学期赴韩国岭南大学交流的通知。此次人选在参加过2009年3月交换生考试的同学中产生。项目具体信息如下：
1、交流时间：2010年3月-8月
2、待遇：免对方学校学费，其余自理
3、名额：2名
4、年级：07、08级学生
5、专业：请见具体附件（Department and majors at YU）
6、要求：学习成绩优秀，未受过任何处分，韩语（TOPIK）或英语（TOEFL or TOEIC）能力证明；参加过09年3月交换生考试
7、报名方式：报名方式：请有意向的同学在11月3日中午12：00前下载填写《南京大学国际交换生申请表》（可在附件下载），并发送至slm@nju.edu.cn，逾期不候。联系人：施老师；联系电话：83686433。
8、因时间较紧，建议有意向的同学可以先行准备如下材料：
1）Application Form for the Exchange Program
2) Essay(Study Plan)
3) Letter of Recommendation by President
4) Academic Transcript (issued by the applicant’s home university)
5) Certificate of Enrollment (issued by the applicant’s home university)
6) Three (3) Identical photographs(3cm X 4cm)
7)Notarized Residence Registration of All Family Member（全家户口簿公证件）
8)Notarized Certificate of Family Relationship(亲属关系证明公证件)
9)Photo Copies of Parents’& the applicant’s ID Cards（父母及个人身份证复印件）
10）Photo Copy of Applicant’s Passport
11) Certificate of Medical Check-up
12) Certificate of Deposit Balance
Minimum US$3,000 and it needs to be available until semester starts.
13) Parents’ Certificate of Employment &Income_these should be translated into English or Korean if it is in Chinese.（父母在职证明书和收入证明书和翻译成英文或韩文本）
